    2. To ensure diagnostic, maintenance, servicing and repair work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality possible.
    3. To ensure that all work is of the quality to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
    4. To ensure that materials and equipment is used efficiently and the effective use of labour is maximised.
    5. To control and supervise staff in the use of equipment, tools and best repair methods.
    6. To create a work environment of high team spirit and best practice.
    7. To enhance the reputation of RMA at every opportunity when interacting with others.
    8. To ensure to follow manufacturer standard to achieve the optimum appreciation.

    Jobs Requirement


    1. Skills and qualities to mentor, coach, supervise and motivate a labour force.
    2. Skills to identify strengths, weaknesses, training needs and other support required by technician and workshop staff.
    3. Ability to explain repairs and work undertaken to customers, discuss issues of a technical nature, and when required, to agree workable solutions to customer problems.
    4. Ability to maintain personal technical knowledge and skills and remain up to date on best working practices.
    5. Technical qualifications and the ability to apply knowledge in the workplace.
    6. Patience, empathy and a calm and organised approach to problem solving.
